The Nueva Pescanova Group strengthens its capital with 70 million euros

Vigo, 16 January 2023 – The shareholders of the Nueva Pescanova Group have approved a capital contribution of 70 million euros during the General Meeting held this morning. This operation is aimed at strengthening the company’s equity and reinforcing the execution of its Strategic Plan.

The capital will be fully contributed by the main shareholder and does not imply any change in the Group’s shareholding structure.
