By means of this Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use of the Website, the Owner informs the users of the website of its property https://www.nuevapescanova.es/ (hereinafter, “Portal” or “Website” indistinctly), about the conditions of use of the same.
The present Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use are applicable to those natural persons over 18 years of age, or legal persons, who access the contents of the Website and/or make use of the services provided on the Website. Minors under 18 years of age or incapacitated individuals shall make use of the website under the full responsibility of their parents, representatives or legal guardians, who shall accompany, supervise or take the appropriate precautions while they are browsing the Website pages.
