Responsible Action Programme
Based on the CSR Master Plan, its four pillars, and the Corporate CSR and Sustainability Policies, we have developed the Responsible Action Programme (RAP), which aims to identify, measure, and guide the Group’s responsible practices.
For more information, you can consult the Group’s Responsible Action for 2023, as well as the reports for 2021-22, 2020 and 2019.
The RAP documents the work of the Group’s companies in generating shared value with their stakeholders. Through these responsible practices, we contribute to social, economic, and environmental sustainability in the countries and communities where we operate.
It is a dynamic tool: based on the Group’s materiality analyses, action platforms are created, grouping responsible actions by theme and scope. Examples of these platforms include: energy, water, biodiversity, and decarbonisation, under the PLANET pillar; occupational risk prevention, labour responsibility, equality and diversity, training and talent, under the PEOPLE pillar; food quality and safety, under the PRODUCT pillar; and cooperation, social action, and humanitarian aid, under the COMMUNITIES pillar.
The RAP also enables us to assess how the Group’s responsible practices contribute to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda. More information is available in the Contribution to Sustainable Development section.
